Stud & Competition Yard  We are a small stud/competition yard based on the Devon /Dorset border. We will be standing our seven year old Bay part bred Arab colt Yawl Hillbilly at  public stud in 2010. He is by the Pure Bred Arab sire Dhruv out of the 7/8 thoroughbred mare Burrowshot Lass.   Latest News  26/6/2010 Yawl Hillbilly successfully completed his first attempt at 160k at the EnduranceGB event Euston Park – he is now qualified to FEI 3* level.  Well done Billy!  He had previously completed 120k FEI 2* at Euston Park on 26th June this year, so it is proving to be an amazing year for Billy.

Yawl HillBilly Yawl Hillbilly stands at 16hh and will be 7yo in 2010. All his stock will be eligible to be registered with the Arab Horse Society on the part bred register. He sired 2 foals in 2008 and one in 2006. He is the ideal sire for allrounders, eventers endurance horses and ideal for pony owners who want to breed something bigger than their mare but don’t want something too heavy.   Stud Fees His stud fee for 2010 will be £250 no foal free return and our grass keep fees are £3 a day for barren mares and all mares need to have a clear CEM swab before arriving at the stud.  We have excellent back up from experienced stud vets and Billys mum had her fifth foal in June 2009– contact us to make an enquiry or booking now Breeding details – go to our- 'About Us' page
